The Garden Suites boast a maximum occupancy of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, below the ages of 12. They are on the ground floor in two-storey bungalows with stunning views of the manicured gardens. Each suite features a lounge in an open plan room and a private patio. This ensures that they are the ideal destination for both couples seeking a romantic getaway, and families who do not wish to compromise on luxury.

The Superior Garden Suites, located on the upper level of the two-storey bungalows, offer additional privacy. These suites are perfect for families, accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, below the age of 12. They feature a separate lounge area, similar to a one bedroom with a private room and lounge areas for relaxation, a patio to enjoy the garden views, and a personalized minibar (stock to be added on request).

The Partial Ocean View Suites are stand-alone bungalows designed for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, below the age of 12. 5 Seafront Suites (Size: 80m2)
The Seafront Suites are spacious standalone bungalows designed for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, below the age of 12, and feature a lounge area for relaxation. The private terrace provides breathtaking sea views. For added convenience, a personalized minibar is provided (stock to be added on request).

Meal Plans
The resort operates on a Half Board basis with options to upgrade to Full Board and All-Inclusive. There are no specific mealtimes at Essque Zalu and guests can dine whenever they are so inclined.

Deli styled all-day restaurant with both an indoor and outdoor setting. Maisha Cookery Studio
The studio is a private dining area, that will introduce guests to the best of traditional Swahili cuisine whilst cooking with the resident chef.
Infinity Pool Bar
The Infinity Pool Bar offers breathtaking ocean views, perfectly situated next to the resort’s magnificent pool. With a beach club vibe, guests can lounge by the poolside in comfortable cabanas, soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. Baobab Bar
This space is essentially the outdoor area for the resort – a meeting place teeming with activity from sunup until early evening. Contemporary, modern and multifunctional under the shade of the magnificent baobab tree.

The Tinga Club offers complimentary innovative and creative fun activities for your children. Your child can be taken care of around the clock by one of our Tinga Club coordinators. More than mere babysitters, they are specially trained in childcare and children entertainment. The activities are always combined with education and entertainment.
