"I celebrated my 60th birthday last week with my daughter at the kids free Nirvana @ LeMeridien in Mauritius on a half board package. What a memorable experience it was. The facilities were amazing with the friendliest service you could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went the extra mile to make my birthday extra special. The food was superior with 4 restaurants to choose from. The amount of extras that was included made it so worth it. Left with a full heart, a rejuvenated body and a few extra kilos. 'I was given Kerstin's details by a friend of mine who had booked her family holidays with her over the past couple of years. I provided a simple but specific brief of what my partner and I were looking for and our minimum and maximum budget. She provided a few options to consider on both sides of the budget and in between and we landed up choosing the one in between. She stuck to the brief perfectly. The communication was amazing from the outset and all the way until the days leading up to our Mauritius holiday and when we got there to check everything was in order. Everything ran like clockwork, from the airport shuttle to the hotel stay which took the stress away from us. I used to be skeptical of travel agents in this day and age but it was just amazing to be able to talk to a human being about questions which you might not find answers to online. We recently returned from an absolutely incredible holiday in Mauritius, and it was a trip of a lifetime. From the breathtaking natural beauty of the island to the warmth of its people, every moment exceeded our expectations.A massive highlight of our stay was the Radisson hotel. The resort itself is spectacular, boasting pristine grounds, beautiful views, with the peaceful beach and a perfectly relaxing atmosphere. The culinary experience was equally impressive; the food was amazing, offering a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality dishes throughout our stay.What truly elevated our holiday, however, was the world-class hospitality. The staff at the Radisson go above and beyond, but we want to extend a special thank you to the receptionists, Ketan and Sufyan. From the moment we checked in, their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. They were always attentive, smiling, and eager to assist with any request, making our stay seamless and memorable.Beyond the resort, we highly recommend exploring the island. We booked a full-day tour of the South, which was magnificent. It wasn't just a scenic drive; it was a deeply insightful learning experience with our driver Amitabh Bachchan (aka: Santish), where we got to discover the rich culture, history, and unique geography of Mauritius. Thank you to the travel agent Kerstin and the entire team at the Radisson, for making our vacation so special. We cannot wait to book another trip and return!

If I could give Kerstin and IslandWize Travel more than 5 stars, I would! Planning a destination wedding for 22 guests spread across Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, and even the UK felt like an impossible task at times, but Kerstin made the entire process seamless. She secured an incredible package for us at the Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette in Mauritius, including flights and an all-inclusive stay, all at outstanding value! Our wedding was truly the stuff that dreams are made of. Standing beneath a beautifully decorated floral arch on the beach, sun-kissed and surrounded by the turquoise ocean, with our family and friends gathered around us as we exchanged our vows, was a moment we will cherish forever! The ocean seemed to cheer us on as it provided the most breathtaking backdrop imaginable ❤️ What made the experience even more remarkable was Kerstin's ability to coordinate such a large and geographically dispersed group with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
